The School will be

  • Tara Centre International Kadampa School

    Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre

    A nursery and primary school for 3-12 yrs old, providing a safe and loving environment to achieve academic potential and learn skills to be happy.

  • Day school with boarding option, where children can thrive in small classes (max. 18). First year of school with maximum 9 pupils in the class.
  • Creative learning based upon the National Curriculum. Skills such as reading, writing, numeracy and ICT will go hand in hand with emotional, social and spiritual development through meditation, meeting the needs of the whole child and interests of each and every pupil.
  • Founded upon successful collaborative relationships between parents, pupils and staff.
  • State of the art equipment with purpose built gym and early years facility.
  • Beautiful grounds – 38 acres including woods, stream, pond, orchard (with vegetable patches) and much more ensuring maximum outdoor learning.
